Delivery

 

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9-5pm), Monday to Friday . We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you.

A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered.

We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the card you use to pay for your order, or you can specify an alternative address, such as a workplace, univeristy or friend/family address (UK only) at checkout. The alternative delivery address must be in the UK (i.e. has a Royal Mail postcode).

All items in your basket must be showing as available for UK Next Day delivery. Delivery is only £4.99 and orders must be placed before 3pm.

* UK Next Day orders placed on a Friday before 3pm will be despatched today and delivered to you on Monday, orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be despatched until Monday with delivery on Tuesday.

Standard Delivery
We endeavour to deliver the goods you have offered to purchase within 5 working days from reciept of your offer. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.

UK Standard Delivery Delivery cost = Free*
Cost per additional item = Free*

*Our free Standard delivery is available on orders over £14.99 that is delivered within the UK. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Our standard UK delivery for orders under £15 is £2.99.



Store Pickup
Store pickup is available for all colours and sizes.

Store pickup is free of charge. You pay nothing for delivery to your local Schuh store.

Delivery should be within 3-5 working days. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been delivered to your chosen store.

Deliveries to the rest of the world
Delivery to all countries in the European Union, except Malta, costs £6.00. Each additional item in your order will cost £3.00

We endeavour to deliver the goods you have offered to purchase within 7 working days from the receipt of your offer. If there are any delays, we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.

Delivery to the rest of the world costs £10.00. Each additional item in your order will cost £5.00

Returns and exchanges 

We operate a 365 day returns policy.

We hope you love your new Schuh purchase! If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return the item to us with some form of proof of purchase.
We will be happy to accept back unused items with 365 days. If the item is unused or faulty we will be able to offer a refund or an exchange. As Schuh does not offer a fitting service, please ensure that your shoes are a suitable fit before buying or using them.
This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights.

Here's what to do if you need to return shoes to us.

Return to any Schuh store with proof of purchase and your e-mail confirmation.

Return by post. Just fill in the returns form and put it in the box with the shoes. Then securely wrap the box and stick the 'Return to' label on the returns form onto the parcel. For added security please send your parcel to us by recorded delivery.

Problem Shoes?
If your shoes are faulty or damaged when you receive them or if we have sent you the wrong shoes, we will meet the cost for you to post them back to us and we will offer you an exchange or refund (whichever you want, unless the shoes were a present to you – when the refund can only go to the original purchaser). Of course, you can also take faulty shoes to one of our stores if this is more convenient for you (remember to take your proof of purchase with you).

All of this is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
